At HIKO Energy, we help customers to enjoy rate savings, while also enabling customers to benefit in many other ways. We do not have enrollment or switching fees, which are unique features to HIKO Energy. Most utilities do charge switching fees. We also do not have a monthly service charge and we have fixed rate plans. The fixed rate plans enable customers to spread out their energy costs to make the payments more manageable.
For commercial accounts, HIKO Energy has customized pricing plans. We are able to leverage our purchasing power for high volume users to ensure the most competitive rates possible.
For residential users, HIKO Energy has a referral program that credits customers who refer friends to sign up for their services.
